ADAWALL WALLCOVERINGS WARRANTY

Limited Product & Installation Warranty

This Limited Product and Installation Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Adawall Wallcoverings (“Company,” “Adawall,” “Seller”) and applies to wallcovering products sold and/or installation services performed in the State of Texas. Adawall supplies high-end wallcoverings and related interior finish solutions to designers, builders, and homeowners, and may coordinate installation through Adawall-approved installers.

1. LIMITED WALLCOVERING PRODUCT WARRANTY

Adawall warrants that its wallcovering products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

1.1 Warranty Period

This limited product warranty is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery or prior to installation, whichever occurs first.

1.2 Inspection & Acceptance

Customer shall inspect all wallcovering materials immediately upon receipt and prior to installation, including verifying pattern, color, quantity, dye lot, and visible defects. Installation of any portion of the wallcovering constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the material “AS IS” and waives any and all claims related to visible or discoverable defects.

1.3 Scope of Coverage

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and only to the original purchaser. It does not transfer.

1.4 Exclusions

This product warranty expressly excludes, without limitation:

• Labor costs, installation, removal, reinstallation, wall prep, primers/liners, or substrate repairs
• Color, texture, pattern, shading, embossing variation, or dye-lot differences
• Normal characteristics of wallcoverings and industry-accepted tolerances (including seam visibility and texture variance)
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, cutting, trimming, sequencing, or installation
• Moisture, humidity, leaks, condensation, mold, or any environmental conditions outside manufacturer recommendations
• Structural movement, wall cracks, building settlement, or surface defects (including paint failure, dusting, or chalking)

1.5 Exclusive Remedy

Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be, at Adawall’s sole discretion:

• Replacement of the defective wallcovering material, or
• Credit or refund of the original purchase price of the defective material only

No labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, wall-prep, or consequential costs shall be reimbursed.

2. LIMITED INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY (2 YEARS)

When installation services are performed exclusively by Adawall-approved installers, Adawall provides a limited workmanship warranty covering installation workmanship only.

2.1 Warranty Period

This installation workmanship warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of installation completion (“Warranty Term”), provided the installed wallcovering remains in the original installation location and is maintained under normal interior conditions.

2.2 Scope of Coverage

This warranty covers installation workmanship defects only, including:

• Seam lifting caused solely by installer workmanship (not moisture, wall movement, or substrate failure)
• Misalignment resulting directly from installer workmanship
• Adhesion failure caused by improper installation technique where the substrate was properly prepared by Adawall

2.3 Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

• Walls must be clean, smooth, dry, structurally sound, and suitable for wallcovering application.
• Customer must maintain stable interior environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) and prevent moisture intrusion.
• Customer must notify Adawall in writing within 24 hrs of discovering any covered workmanship issue.
• Customer must provide reasonable access for inspection and remediation.

2.4 Exclusions

This installation workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Wallpaper material defects (covered, if at all, only by Section 1)
• Wall preparation performed by the Customer or any third party
• Pre-existing wall conditions (uneven surfaces, cracks, paint failure, drywall issues, improper texture)
• Moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, roof/window leaks, condensation, HVAC problems, or humidity-related issues
• Damage caused by cleaning chemicals, abrasion, impact, pets, children, furniture, or third parties
• Normal wear and tear or changes in the building structure

Any wall preparation, patching, priming, painting, or substrate work performed by parties other than Adawall or its approved installers voids this installation warranty for the affected areas.

2.5 Limitation of Remedy

Adawall’s obligation is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the affected installed area only. No refunds, chargebacks, project delay damages, or monetary compensation shall be issued for installation services. Adawall may, in its discretion, require inspection and verification prior to authorizing any warranty work.

3. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Adawall Wallcoverings be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, or project delays, or for any claims exceeding the original purchase price of the product or service at issue.

5. TEXAS GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree that exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in Fort Bend County, Texas, and the parties hereby consent to such jurisdiction.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranties and supersedes all prior oral or written representations. No modification, waiver, or amendment shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Adawall Wallcoverings.

7. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing wallcovering products and/or installation services from Adawall Wallcoverings, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Limited Product & Installation Warranty.
